  11. Now I am finally fed up and asking for help.

  13. I have an A2000 equipped with a new Quantum Fireball 850 MByte SCSI HD
  14. (see .sig). Problem is, the plug for the HD LED in the A2000 won't fit
  15. into the HD. The plug is a rather wide, flat, 3-pin type with two cables
  16. connected to it:

  22. The connector on the HD is a somewhat smaller one, square with two rounded
  23. edges and two pins:

  31. Is the HD plug a standard (if when, how is it called?) or can it be fitted
  32. in any way? I crashed partitions twice because I powered down while the HD
  33. was still running, and one day I might do something worse (like a head crash
  34. or destroying *important* data.... :( )
