- Now I am finally fed up and asking for help.
-
- I have an A2000 equipped with a new Quantum Fireball 850 MByte SCSI HD
- (see .sig). Problem is, the plug for the HD LED in the A2000 won't fit
- into the HD. The plug is a rather wide, flat, 3-pin type with two cables
- connected to it:

-
- The connector on the HD is a somewhat smaller one, square with two rounded
- edges and two pins:

-
- Is the HD plug a standard (if when, how is it called?) or can it be fitted
- in any way? I crashed partitions twice because I powered down while the HD
- was still running, and one day I might do something worse (like a head crash
- or destroying *important* data.... :( )
-
- Any hints wellcome. Please reply via E-Mail.
